The courtyard gardens will be designed to optimise sunlight in this busy urban block, turning the local area from grey to green. Take a break, stretch your legs and breathe in some air after using one of our many facilities.

It can be said that fresh air and exercise has a wonderful effect on our mindfulness, focus and mental health. Richard Ryan, researcher and professor of psychology at the University of Rochester says that "nature is food for the soul", so why not sharpen your mind and boost your energy by taking a walk in one of our three courtyard gardens?
